Plan to arrive by Monday evening February 24th so you can drop in and be fully ready for a 9 am start time on Tuesday, February 25th. We'll conclude day 3 by 4 pm CST on Thursday, February 27th so you can fly home that evening, or extend your stay for some extra integration time. The closest airport is Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (airport code PHX) - approximately 15 minutes from the hotel (dependent on traffic).

What types of businesses IS THIS EXPERIENCE FOR?

Because the focus of this experience is on connection & networking as opposed to direct business coaching, there is not one particular industry that this experience is a fit for. Guest speakers and content will be curated for the needs of the group.

IS THERE A REVENUE REQUIREMENT FOR THIS EXPERIENCE?

While there isn't a specific revenue number required in order to participate, we are intentionally curating this space as a place for more seasoned entrepreneurs (multiple-6 or 7-figures) to connect. The intention is to create an equal value exchange between members who are operating at the same high level, and create a safe space to discuss some of the challenges that are unique to that stage of business. 


IF I'M NOT SELECTED WILL MY APPLICATION DEPOSIT BE REFUNDED?

YES! The application deposit will be fully refunded if for some reason your application is not selected, OR it will be applied to your payment balance if you are selected. The deposit ensures that those who apply are ALL IN and ready to invest in themselves + this community!

WILL I RECEIVE ANY 1-ON-1 BUSINESS COACHING IN THIS EXPERIENCE?

There will not be any 1-on-1 coaching offered with this experience but you'll have multiple opportunities to get individual feedback and strategy through small group hot seat sessions, curated networking, and live Q&A with guest speakers.

WHAT SIZE WILL THE GROUP BE?

The group size will be around 40 people so that we have good diversity of businesses/industries and lots of aligned collaboration opportunities. The content is structured so that everyone gets to connect in smaller groups as well!

CAN YOU SHARE MORE ABOUT THE GUEST SPEAKERS + TOPICS COVERED?

We don’t publish the exact content or guest speakers ahead of time because the content is completely curated to the group that’s attending. You can expect to learn from some of the top women in various industries, sharing the nitty-gritty details about their rise to success that aren’t often shared publicly. We’re curating the exact conversations and speakers that the group needs in order to achieve their top business + personal goals for 2024.

There will be a strong focus on intentional, curated connection with other attendees as well–because we firmly believe that when you’re in a room like this one, everything you need is just one bold ask or 1-2 introductions away.

WILL THERE BE ANY ONGOING CONNECTION OPPORTUNITIES AFTER THE RETREAT?

YES! This retreat is only the beginning of a much bigger vision for high-achieving women within the PW community. As an attendee you’ll be the first to hear more about that vision, and immediately following the retreat you’ll be granted access to a private online community for ongoing collaboration (included in your retreat investment!)
