Plan to arrive by Monday evening, April 27th, so you can drop in and be fully ready for a 9 am start time on Tuesday, April 28th. We'll conclude day 3 by 4 pm MST on Thursday, April 30th, so you can fly home that evening, or extend your stay for some extra integration time. The closest airport is Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (airport code PHX) - approximately 20 minutes from the hotel (dependent on traffic).

What types of businesses IS THIS EXPERIENCE FOR?

Because the focus of this experience is on connection & networking as opposed to direct business coaching, there is not one particular industry that this experience is a fit for. Guest speakers and content will be curated for the needs of the group.

IS THERE A REVENUE REQUIREMENT FOR THIS EXPERIENCE?

While there isn't a specific revenue number required in order to participate, women in the room are typically generating multiple-6 or 7 figures in annual revenue. Not because a certain revenue number makes someone more worthy, but because it’s often a reflection of an expanded identity–someone who has already proven to themselves that they can launch and execute ideas at a high level. The intention is to create an equal value exchange between members who are operating at the same level, and create a safe space to discuss some of the challenges that are unique to that stage of expansion. 


IF I'M NOT SELECTED WILL MY APPLICATION DEPOSIT BE REFUNDED?

WILL I RECEIVE ANY 1-ON-1 BUSINESS COACHING IN THIS EXPERIENCE?

There will not be any 1-on-1 coaching offered with this experience but you'll have multiple opportunities to get individual feedback and strategy through small group hot seat sessions, curated networking, and live Q&A with guest speakers.

WHAT SIZE WILL THE GROUP BE?

The group size will be between 20-30 people so that we have good diversity of businesses/industries and lots of aligned collaboration opportunities. The content is structured so that everyone gets to connect in smaller groups as well!

We don’t publish the exact content or guest speakers ahead of time because the content is completely curated to the group that’s attending. You can expect to learn from some of the top women in various industries, sharing the nitty-gritty details about their rise to success that aren’t often shared publicly. We’re curating the exact conversations and speakers that the group needs in order to achieve their top business + personal goals for 2026,
