My Biggest Mastermind Takeaways

We hosted an incredible retreat with our Community Builders Mastermind members at the end of February and my heart (and notebook) was FULL of inspiration + action steps to take my big dreams to the next level.

I thought I’d share 3 things I realized that I know will resonate with you, too:

1. People aren’t inspired by your perfection, they are inspired by your PROGRESSION! Take people along on the journey with you and don’t be afraid to share the less pretty parts of it.
2. If you want to level UP, you must do BOLD and uncomfortable things daily. When was the last time you stepped so far outside of your comfort zone that you kinda wanted to puke?
3. If you’re trying to build your big dream alone, you’re choosing the harder and slower path! You’re not meant to do business (or life) alone 🤍

All of these things are easier said than done, sure. But our mastermind reminded me of the incredible power of COMMUNITY. 

When you’re surrounded by people who are committed to their own evolution and equally committed to supporting yours, you can go further, faster.
