Joining a mastermind is one of the greatest investments you can make for your business and personal growth.
Hannah and I were bursting with brilliant ideas from the mastermind we attended. I wanted to share some with you!
My top mastermind takeaways
When you invest in the person you want to be, and the business you want to have a year from nowyou create the right environment for massive expansion. There were a lot of things about joining this group of high-level entrepreneurs that intimidated me. But being one of the least experienced people in the room gave me even more opportunity for growth. I can confidently say that the person I am today is completely different from the person who walked into the first retreat in February.
If you feel like you’re “too much” or like your dreams are too big, you’re most likely not hanging around the right people. If you know you’re meant for BIG things, it’s imperative to surround yourself with people who will encourage you to think BIGGER. This is one of the greatest ways that masterminds helped me grow my business over the past 3 years.
Why figure it all out on your own when there are brilliant people who have created the kind of results you desire, who are willing to teach you exactly how they did it? Success always leaves clues. Sometimes it’s a minor tweak in the way I was approaching my business. Other times it’s a complete paradigm shift that changes the way I do business and creates space to massively scale.
Investing in yourself is worth it
I’ve invested more than $150k to participate in masterminds over the past 3 years. And that’s not counting the cost of travel and hotels for the live retreats 3X per year.
That may seem totally normal to you, or that may seem like a LOT of money . . .
To me, it’s been hands-down one of the best investments I’ve made in myself and my business.
I love being able to bring everything I’ve learned back to the mastermind groups that I lead. I want my community to learn vicariously through the mentors I’m learning from!
Something we’ve been talking about in this mastermind all week long is that business is changing.
What worked in one season is not likely to work the same way today.
