One of the most powerful ways to accelerate your own growth is to seek out discomfort and fully lean into it. I’m sharing tangible ways that I practice this in my own life and explaining how you can train your nervous system to handle higher levels of uncertainty. I’m always finding ways to try new things, change up my routine, refresh my work environment, and experiment with my style.
