How do we show up when there’s a lot of talk in the media about restrictions, limitations and that people aren’t spending? Can we show up when there’s a lot of fear and uncertainty? How do you keep yourself rooted in a place of possibility when it seems like the entire world is focused on what’s not possible? These are things that I’m constantly still looking at and practicing today. There’s always a deeper level of awareness and abundance to experience.

• Looking at where the opposite of abundance shows up and working to catch it and reframe it in the moment
• Fully stepping into the energy of receiving, and practicing that in big and little ways
