Are you ready to accelerate your growth and meet the next level version of yourself?

There is no such thing as “overnight success”. But you CAN accelerate the pace at which you’re growing in certain seasons.

The biggest thing you can do to accelerate your growth is to seek out discomfort. Lean fully into it by doing things like:

1. Trying new things that make you feel like a beginner. Learn a new skill or hobby you’ve been thinking about, or try something adventurous that you think you “can’t” do.
2. Changing up your daily routine to give you access to new forms of inspiration, new people and new opportunities. 
3. Changing up your environment and work from a new coffee shop or even just a new spot in your home! 
4. Experimenting with your style and wearing clothes you wouldn’t usually wear that help you embody the energy & vibe of your future self.

Seeking discomfort is a way of training your nervous system to be able to handle higher levels of uncertainty. Handling uncertainty is a requirement for growth and expansion.
