Your Midweek Motivation Boost – Stay Motivated
I don’t know if anyone else is feeling this, but because I’m in a BIG season of growth + change right now it has been taking extra effort to maintain a positive, motivated mindset.

One small change I’ve made is to edit the content I’m putting into my mind during the first and last hour of my day:
#1 Instead of binging Netflix before going to bed, I’ve been listening to a meditation and taking a break from screens.
#2 Instead of waking up and scrolling social media (I know I’m not the only one who does this) I put in my earbuds, tune into an inspiring podcast, and get some vitamin D by going for a 30 minute walk.
After just a few days I felt more rested, creative, and connected to my vision…I dare you to try implementing one or both of these simple changes!
