I went on my first solo trip that wasn’t work-related. It was such an eye-opener for me to see how comfortable I am in my daily life. Being on my own in Denver shined a light on all the ways that I rely on my security blankets. I share the thoughts and patterns that I noticed when I deleted the Instagram app off my phone and really pushed through resistance to amp up my workout routine. I also share some simple ways that I’m trying to create more new, fresh experiences in my routine. It’s creating a ripple effect in my life.
