Your Complete Guide to Level UP in 2022

We don’t know about you, but we loveeee starting the month off feeling inspired + ready to show up as the next level version of ourselves. 

For us, that looks like getting extra intentional with the content we are consuming and our daily habits + routines! We wanted to share a few things we have been doing that have us really channeling that 2022 BOSS energy 🔥 

Morning routine: 

Here at team PW we’ve been super intentional with starting our day with meditation. When you’re trying to balance building a biz, being present with family, nourishing your friendships AND staying on top of a skincare routine…a calm + focused mind is key. Daily meditation (even just 5 minutes!) has been such a game changer for keeping us mentally strong. 

Pro tip: don’t get discouraged when you first start trying to meditate, it’s called a mediation practice for a reason! It gets better with time.

Ways to Start Your Level Up

February journal prompts: 

1. What does the next level version of me look like? How does she operate on a daily basis? How does she feel? What kind of impact does she make? How much income does she make? 
2. In order to step into that version of myself, what do I need to let go of?
3. Where do I need to ask for support this month?

Books we are loving: 

1. Will by Will Smith – If you need some major leveled up energy, this book is for you! And good luck getting the Fresh Prince of Bel Air theme song out of your head… 
2. Clockwork by Mike Michalowicz – We’re biiiig fans of systems that allow us to scale a business while preserving our sanity. This book gives you the play-by-play for how to gain back precious time and energy by setting up your biz to run like clockwork (with or without you).

Mindset tip of the month: 

Waiting and wishing for perfection will kill more big dreams than trying and failing ever could. If you’re waiting to feel “ready” or like you have it all together before starting on that big idea, you will absolutely miss the opportunity to serve some of the people you’re meant to serve. (read that again!)
