Run Your Business While You Travel
I’m stepping away from my business for a month of travel…. And I want to share some ways you can effectively plan your own time off without compromising your business. Even if you’re not planning on leaving any time soon, this exercise is an excellent opportunity to identify areas in your business that may need to be restructured. In this episode, I walk you through the steps for preparing for your absence. I discuss how to adjust your team’s workflows for success, and recognizing any codependency within your company. When properly planned, taking time off will not only allow you to recharge but will also be extremely valuable for your business!
