It’s probably no surprise that confidence is a huge factor in being successful, but did you know that confidence can actually be created? It can!
One of the fastest ways to build your confidence? ➡️By making and (more importantly) keeping promises to yourself.
Honoring your word (especially when you don’t feel like it) is how you build belief in yourself…because you literally start to know yourself as someone who you can count on.

Confidence Challenge:
Do one thing this week that you’ve been saying you’re going to do, but haven’t done consistently. Use the below journal prompts to reflect and become aware of where you have unintentionally sabotaged your confidence (and therefore have the opportunity to build it back up!) Share your experience on IG stories and tag @powerhouse_women so we can cheer you on!

- How did you feel once you completed your action?
- How can you start to create accountability around your promises moving forward so that you take action next time?
- What are some other areas in your biz or life that you are avoiding taking action on?
- Where could you be one year from now if you started keeping more of the promises you made to yourself?

Get clear on how the most confident version of you would be showing up in your business + life, and start showing up as her NOW.
