The “Secret” to Creating Massive Results

If I were to sum up ONE thing that has fueled my growth more than anything else and created massive results in Powerhouse Women…it’s this: 

“If you want to create massive results, put so much on the line that your higher self is forced to show up”

The one thing I will always bet on is myself. There have been certain seasons where I feel an undeniable certainty that I’m about to level UP. I didn’t always know what this feeling was. I mistook it for restlessness and a lack of clarity. In reality, it was more like the discomfort of pressure building up in your ears in an airplane before they *pop*.

The way I used to respond to pressure was to shrink back. I’d wait until I felt more certain to move forward, and ultimately keep myself in the discomfort LONGER as a result. I didn’t want to do that anymore…

I vividly remember the uncomfortable season right before I invested in my first mastermind. When I looked at the momentum building within Powerhouse Women in the 2 short years since our first event, it scared me. Most likely because I knew that if I REALLY wanted to make an impact, I had to think and act differently. My higher self had to show up. 

I remember saying to a mentor, “I don’t want to be the thing that gets in the way of the impact we’re supposed to make. I need guidance, and I need to be around people who are thinking way bigger.”

How I Created Massive Results

That first investment changed the game. It set Powerhouse Women on a trajectory for greater impact (and income) than I ever imagined. 

It’s why I love curating mastermind experiences so much. I know the transformation that awaits anyone who goes ALL IN on their vision. It puts so much on the line that their higher self is forced to show up.
