It’s critical to start to evaluate the thoughts that we hold about ourselves and what’s possible, instead of just accepting them as fact. In part two of the Confidence Code series, I’m sharing three concrete practices that have helped me to rewire my thoughts to be more empowering and in alignment with my dreams. I talk about breaking the cycle of my insecurities, how beliefs get formed, and the changes that I’ve noticed in myself since embarking on this thought work journey.
